If you have ordered an item that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.

Availabilty

The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

Shipping

Please contact us for a quote if shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US locations not in the lower 48 states. For international orders, please contact us for availability in your area and a shipping quote. Most shipping items will ship via UPS Ground with full insurance.We uses multiple companies to ship products internationally. However We reserves the right to use other shipping provider or a drop-shipment directly from the manufacturer when necessary. If you would like a less expensive shipping quote, please feel free to send us an e-mail before placing an order and we will provide an exact shipping quote. Please be sure to let us know what products you are interested in and your shipping information, including country and postal code. You may also place an order and choose “Contact me with less expensive shipping options” and we will e-mail you an exact shipping quote.If you need a Proof of Delivery (POD) for shipment, please call us. Open packages immediately to verify that quantities are correct and to verify that content condition is acceptable. Test electronic, electrical and technical equipment to verify it is functional and in good working condition. Report any problems to delivery person of shipping company and also advise us immediately.

Customs Duties

If you order items for delivery outside the Canada they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach the specified destination. You will be responsible for any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that for items you order through our Website you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Payment

At this time, GlassEssential.com accepts the following payment methods:

VISA & Master Card , Pay Pal All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. GlassEssential.com reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to request additional identification. We may reject orders if the verification fails.

Important

It is a crime to use someone else's credit card without their permission. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products at this site, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Credit card via Phone or Fax

If you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number and other information on the Internet, we suggest you call us direct to place your order over the phone with of our customer representatives. Please have all the items part numbers ready. You may also fax us a copy of your shopping cart contents to 1888 335 2104 . In order to process a faxed order, we will need the credit card number and expiration date along with the correct billing & shipping address, telephone number, 3 digit security code (VISA, MC & AMEX security code is a 4 digit number located in the front of the card). We'll charge your credit card manually.

Pre-Pay with a Check

Pre-payment with cashier's check or money order is accepted. Go thru the checkout steps, put in all your shipping information once you received a shipping quote and total print out the order form. Then get a cashier's check or money order from your bank for the exact amount make it out to Vrinda Inc and mail the check with a copy of the order sheet to:

We'll ship your products within 1-2 business days after the check is received. Company checks are accepted, but items will not be shipped until checks are cleared by the bank. We do not accept personal checks.

Purchase Order (PO)

For Fortune 1000 corporate accounts, schools, hospitals and government agencies where Purchase Orders are required, you must complete the following processes: (1) Fax Vrinda Inc.(GlassEssential.com) a letter on your letterhead to formally request us to accept your purchase orders; (2) Print or download application form and have it filled out, signed, and faxed back to us at 1-801-457-0594; along with a copy of your formal Purchase order. Please note that an account application may take 2-3 days to complete before the order is shipped out.

Wire Transfer

We accept wire-transfer from anywhere. Go thru the standard checkout steps, put in all your shipping information once you received a shipping quote and total print out the order form. Fax us a copy of your shopping cart contents to 1-801-457-0594. We'll call you with all the details on how to do wire-transfer over the phone. The total transferred must include shipping cost. The shipping cost may be adjusted for international addresses and overweight orders. Delay in shipping your order may occur if the wire-transfer received is different from the order total amount. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before shipping can take place. We now offer 2% discount for orders paid with wire-transfers.

Sale tax

Vrinda Inc.(GlassEssential.com) is required to collect sales tax on transactions shipping to customers located in saskatchewan province. Current sale tax rate is 5.0%.

GST

Vrinda Inc.(GlassEssential.com) is required to collect GST on transactions shipping to customers located in Canada. Current GST tax rate is 6.0%.

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Vrinda Inc will not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising from our product or incurred during installation, removal or replacement.

Returns

All our products are brand new and come with full manufacturer warranties (unless specifically stated otherwise). We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. Defective returns: You may return defective items to us within 2 week for replacement or refund (less shipping charges). After 2 week, the manufacturer's warranty will apply.

Non-defective returns: You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping charges). Non-defective items returned after 7 days may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Non-defective returns are not accepted after 2 weeks.

All exchanged /returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 2 week of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
